Women Heart Support Group

Women Heart is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1999 by three heart attack survivors who transformed the isolation, confusion, and ignorance they experienced about women's heart disease into a mission to save women's lives. Sessions are free and open to the public and meetings are held in the 5th Floor Auditorium, at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano on the third Tuesday, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., during January through June.

​Leap for Life® Cardiac Rehabilitation Education

Leap for Life LogoLeap for Life is a free one-day education workshop that provides information about managing cardiovascular disease and how to reduce your chance of developing future heart problems. Those enrolled in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program should plan to attend one of the workshops.
