Ingredients

  • 3 ounces chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1/3 cup cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • Juice from 1 small lime
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop and prepare all ingredients and mix together.
  2. Top with black pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately.​
