Makes 6 servings​​​

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 9 ounces round eye beef
  • 4½ ounces green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 ounces yellow onion, sliced
  • 2¼ ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • ¾ cup stir fry sauce (teriyaki or any soy based sauce)​​

​​​Preparation

  1. ​​In sauté pan or wok, heat 1 teaspoon oil on high heat.
  2. Add beef cut into 2-inch strips into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In same pan, heat 2 teaspoons oil and add peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Stir fry until tender-crisp for 2-3 minutes.​
  4. Add cooked beef into pan with vegetables and stir fry together for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until evenly coated and heated for 2-3 minutes.
