Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 crowns of raw broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved​
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 cup roasted almonds

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. Combin​​​​​​e all salad ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and mix until combined.
