Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond, coconut or low-fat dairy milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 small apples, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • ​​​10-12 ice cubes or until blender is full
  • Sprinkles of cinnamon
  • Additional water to desired consistency

Preparation

  1. Measure all ingredients.​​
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until desired consistency.
