Peripheral Vascular Disease
A study to evaluate the study and effectiveness of the Ranger Paclitaxel drug coated balloon versus standard Balloon for Angioplasty of lesions in the superficial femoral and proximal popliteal arteries (SFA/PPA) in peripheral vascular disease.

Change in Care: Duplex ultrasounds will be performed at each follow up visit as well as quality of life questionnaires and a 6 minute walk
