Leap for Life® is a free one-day education workshop that provides information about managing cardiovascular disease and how to reduce your change of developing future heart problems. When you enroll in a Leap for Life workshop, you will receive:
Take a few hours out of your schedule and listen to professionals speak about changes you can make to improve your overall heart health.
Plan to attend one of the workshops while you are enrolled in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program. A free lunch is provided. Saturday class times are 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Thursday class times are 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Classes are held on the first floor in the Event Rooms A and B (located across from the David L. Brown Auditorium) at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano, 1100 Allied Drive.
