The Center for Advanced Cardiovascular Care (CACC) is an outpatient setting that offers advanced solutions for patients with complex heart and vascular conditions. Physicians can refer patients for evaluations and treatment plans, educational and dietary consults, and diagnostic imaging services. A physician referral is typically required. Referring physicians: call 469.814.3484 (or toll-free 1.855.4CV.CARE) to schedule patients for clinic evaluation or for diagnostic imaging services.
