There are now two locations for the Center for Advanced Cardiovascular Care™: the original location in Plano and a new facility in McKinney located on the Baylor Medical Center at McKinney campus. Click here for details about the new CACC in McKinney!

Both CACC locations offer advanced solutions for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. Physicians can refer patients for evaluations and treatment plans, educational and dietary consults, and diagnostic imaging services. A physician referral is required. Referring physicians: call 469.814.3484 (or toll-free 1.855.4CV.CARE) to schedule patients for clinic evaluation or for diagnostic imaging services at either location.
