At THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano, we believe that giving our guests and their families a five-star experience relieves stress and promotes better outcomes. That's why, in addition to our well-appointed guest suites, we offer plenty of other amenities that you might associate with a luxury hotel.

In-Suite Amenities

Our guest suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to stream in, hardwood-style floors, and comfortable furniture. Guest suites also include wall-mounted flat screen TVs, a separate area with fold-down sofas for visitors wishing to stay overnight, and a small safe for your valuables. Parking

THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano offers complimentary valet service at our main entrance. Or you can self-park in the multi-level covered parking garage just a few steps from our front door.

Concierge

A concierge desk is located on the first floor if you or your visitors have questions or are in need of directions and/or maps. Our concierge staff can also offer dining and hotel suggestions for Plano and surrounding areas.

Chapel

We believe total guest care includes attending to one's spiritual fulfillment. Our Chapel is located on the first floor, and chaplain service is available 24 hours a day. Beautiful and serene, the Chapel is a place for quiet reflection and prayer. A weekly worship service is offered on Wednesdays at noon. Additionally, your priest, minister, rabbi, or other spiritual official is also always welcome to visit with you and your family at the hospital.

Wireless Access

Wireless Internet is accessible throughout the hospital, allowing guests and visitors to keep in touch with friends and family. You may use your wireless communication devices and cellular phones in your guest suite, hospital lobbies, waiting rooms, and the dining room. Additionally, computer workstations are available for use in the hospital's general waiting areas.

Guest education services are available to you via our closed-circuit flat-screen television system in your guest suite. Additionally, you are invited to attend the informative health seminars we occasionally offer for guests, families, and the community in our auditorium.

Dining Options

In-Suite Room Service (7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. daily)

Our executive chef and his staff prepare fresh and delicious meals to order. Meals arrive within 45 minutes on fine white china, presented by a tuxedo-attired server. Our menus are a la carte, meaning you can choose each item for your meal, and your order will be prepared in compliance with the dietary restrictions ordered by your physician. You can also choose from a selection of custom-made sandwiches for lunch and dinner, or custom-made omelets for breakfast. Your family and other visitors can join you in your suite and order meals for $10 each.

The Heart Rock Café (6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday)

The Heart Rock Café, located on the first floor, offers familiar Starbucks coffee and offers salads, sandwiches, and baked goods. For breakfast, served from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., you can select a made-to-order omelet. For lunch, you may enjoy a burger or a special entrée of the day, such as pasta and vegetables. Our executive chef creates heart-healthy seasonal menus to give you a variety of options and will use only the freshest ingredients when you place your order. Our Deli section offers fresh sandwiches and salads. And our Grab-n-Go items are the perfect choice when you need something in a hurry.

The Heart Rock Café also offers a comfortable environment for visitors and family members to spend some quiet time. Because wireless Internet access is available throughout the hospital, you can sit in the Café and work on your laptop. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural lighting and open onto a patio where you may dine.

Plano Perkway & Gift Shop (6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., weekdays; 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., weekends)

Located on the first floor next to The Heart Rock Café, the Plano Perkway & Gift Shop is a place where you can grab a snack or browse gift ideas. The Plano Perkway & Gift Shop proudly brews delicious Starbucks coffee and features fresh baked goods for a satisfying breakfast or snack. At the Gift Shop, you can also find appetizing Grab-n-Go sandwiches, salads, snacks, and beverages.

A Quick Bite

In addition to the Grab-n-Go sandwiches and salads available in The Heart Rock Café and the Plano Perkway & Gift Shop, you can enjoy a quick snack, sandwich, fruit, or beverage in our vending areas. The vending areas are located in the Emergency Department waiting room on the first floor and in the general waiting area on the third floor.
