THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano is the first and only free-standing, full-service hospital in North Texas dedicated solely to heart and vascular health care. Our goal is to be the best place to give and receive safe, quality, compassionate care while providing a caliber of guest service designed to make you, your family, and friends as comfortable as possible. Part of our focus on you and your health is a five-star experience in an advanced facility. We believe that a comfortable guest is a guest that heals more quickly.

Parking

At THE HEART HOSPITAL, parking is convenient and free. Simply pull up to our front entrance and let our valet attendant park your car for you. Or you may self-park in our multi-level parking facility just steps away from our front door.

Chapel

We believe total guest care includes attending to one's spiritual fulfillment. Our Chapel is located on the first floor and is accessible from the main lobby. Beautiful and serene, it is a place for quiet reflection and prayer. Our chaplain holds a weekly worship service on Wednesdays at noon, as well as special events and seminars throughout the year. Chaplain service is available 24 hours a day. However, your priest, minister, rabbi, or other spiritual leader is always welcome to visit with you and your family at the hospital.

Staying in Touch

Wireless Internet service is available throughout the hospital. You may use your wireless communication devices and cellular phones in your guest suite, hospital lobbies, waiting rooms, and the dining room.

Concierge

The hospital's concierge is ready to assist you with directions and answer questions about the hospital. They are also prepared to offer suggestions on dining and hotel accommodations in Plano and surrounding areas and provide maps to help you find your destination.

Clinical Services

One-hundred-and-twelve cardiovascular physicians and surgeons as well as physicians in other specialties oversee the medical care provided to our guests, and a dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care. The hospital's unique, bow-tie design provides caregivers at the central nursing station with a clear sight line to almost every suite. Special guest walkways encourage mobility and aid in your recovery.

We also offer guest education services via our closed-circuit, flat-screen television system in each guest suite. Computer workstations are available for use in the waiting areas. We also offer free community health events in our auditorium throughout the year.
